Balloon Decor Policies ​

  •  Outdoor Balloon displays are primarily meant to be up for 1 day. 
  • Indoor displays can last for several weeks, if installed on frames or rigs rental fee will be applied, and weekly touch up included. 
  • While we know many wish to have their Amazon/ TEMU  DIY Balloon Kit inflated assembles and installed, this is NOT a service we offer. We use the highest quality balloons on the market to help ensure that your decor display, is top quality, durable, and and the best representation of our teams abilities.
  • While Balloon displays MAY last several days/and or weeks, but we don't offer any guarantees as weather, animals, and many other environmental factors can effect the longevity of balloons. All balloons are photographed after installation to insure quality at time of delivery.
  • We have a $500 order minimum for all deliveries more than 25 mile radius of our Headquarters, and $1000 minimum for events outside of Michigan.

      On-site Consultation is required for all large installments, Walls, 18 ft + garlands, ceiling installs, etc. If Consultation is completed and Contract is not Finalized a $350 fee will be retained.

 
 

Please Note that events are NOT CONFIRMED until both booking fee is paid and service contract is approved online. We are unable to hold dates in good faith. Service contracts automatically cancel after 7 days of being submitted. 

 

 Our availability changes daily. All Events that book within 7 days of their event date are required to pay in full at time of booking.
